Attorney-at-law Tommy Walkila specializes in litigation and media law across various platforms, focusing on freedom of speech, copyright, defamation, and privacy. He advises companies, organizations, and private individuals, and represents clients in criminal, civil, and administrative cases. Tommy provides legal advice also on issues relating to proceedings before public authorities, international protection, and human rights. He is a member and an approved mediator of the Finnish Bar Association.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Tommy served as Legal Counsel for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the network of Finland’s embassies around the world and managed complex legal proceedings and public liability issues. He has successfully completed judicial training for judges in Finland by resolving a range of criminal and civil cases at a District Court and has extensive experience in handling business-related financial crime cases. He clerked for Judge A. Rosas of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
